Our 2026 survey of the fees paid to the non-executive directors of investment companies is now available. For the first time this year we have published a report on the remuneration paid to the directors of Channel Islands registered investment companies. We have also published our third annual report on the fees paid to the directors of VCTs.

- Average director fee increase below CPI; chair fee increase above CPI
- Annual increases in the average fees paid in the year to 31st March 2026:
Chair +4.5%
Audit Chair +3.9%
Director +2.7%
- 68% of the companies in our survey have increased their fees, the same percentage as last year
